A hooded neck tube made from technical microgrid fleece built for cold adventure. Designed to adapt in changing weather environments, the hood can be worn up or down while keeping the neck tube covering the face. The hood is made to contour the shoulders, blocking wind from reaching the neck. Crafted with minimal bulk around the face and neck to ensure mobility with stretchy lightweight performance fabric.
Built with helmets in mind, the hood can be worn over the following: Ski & Snowboard Helmet, Bike Helmet, Equestrian Helmet, Climbing Helmet, & a Hard Hat. One size fits most. Helmets are not required to functionally wear the hood. You can enjoy the coziness with a beanie or hat to maximize warmth.
Closed capped strings are added with cord locks attached to keep the hood in place against even the strongest winds. A care tag is sewn inside with washing instructions to keep your hood looking brand new.

So I bought this because I like to have a hood when i run and even when I work outside but i don't always want to wear the big heavy shirt part of a hoodie. My ears get cold then its over for me, i will be miserable for the rest of the time im outside, but i like to have something lighter on, so the fact I can wear a light long sleeve or even t shirt and then just wear my Tech Hood is exactly what I have needed for along time. Overall I really like it. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is I have an 18.5" neck and its more snug around my neck than I prefer, otherwise it's great
I dont ski or do lots of labor outside, but when you are training a puppy to go to the bathroom in the wind and snow this is super helpful to help prevent me from getting an ear infection. It also just helps me bare the freezing cold temps. Love them!
Got this for my man, he is a pipefitter that works outside a lot currently. Recently he got a hole in his ear and has to cover his ears or the entire eardrum could be at awful risk. This hood has kept his ear safe under his hard hat and he no longer comes home in serious pain from wind damage. These hoods are game changer
It is great use it for work here in alaska only complaint is its a little snug around the neck when you dont have the face mask protion over your mouth
I love this one for working outside doing snow removal. It's warm and protective from the wind but not so thick that I overheat. I also have the fleece and sherpa for sub zero Temps.
The tech hood is my favorite! Being somewhere that doesn't get super cold but can get colder, I love this. I got a Sherpa for my friend, but I LOVE LOVE the tech hoods. Would like to get more, hopefully they come back in stock soon!!
I really love this hood, I love it so much that my husband stole it and he loves it. But I wish it were lined in something more slippery. The fleece tugs at my hair and makes it frizzy. I wish all hoods like this were lined in silk or a good quality satin
