How long before my item ships?
My current order processing time is 2-5 business days. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout for your shipping address, which is separate from the processing time.
All Neck Tubes will ship separately from other Wildson products and have an added shipping fee. I'm working as fast as I can to get your orders out ASAP and appreciate your patience!
Once your order is picked up by USPS, Wildson is no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to almost everywhere that USPS ships. Additional charges, such as import fees, may be required to pick up your package from your local post office.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We cannot offer returns/exchanges at this time. If the wrong item was shipped to you or your package was damaged in the mail, please let me know and I will send you a prepaid return label.
Where is my confirmation email or tracking number?
Sometimes order confirmation emails and tracking updates get sent to your spam or junk folder!
Can I shop Wildson goods in person?
At this time, you can only buy Wildson products online through this shop! I do not offer local pickup in Montana.
