Do you offer returns/exchanges?

HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW:

All orders placed from November 27th through Christmas, are able to be returned through January 1st, 2025.

New to the 24/25 season, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to process an online return, please click here. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?

New to the 24/25 season, Wildson will finally be operating out of a fulfillment center so orders will be processed and shipped very fast! Because of that, I am unable to cancel or edit shipping addresses on orders after they are placed.

How long before my item ships?

My current order processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout for your shipping address, which is separate from the processing time.

All Neck Tubes will ship separately from other Wildson products and have an added shipping fee.

Once your order is picked up the carrier, Wildson is no longer responsible for any shipping issues/errors with arrival times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to almost everywhere. Additional charges, such as import fees, are now included in the shipping cost at checkout! :) (new for the 2024/25 season)

Where is my confirmation email or tracking number?

Sometimes order confirmation emails and tracking updates get sent to your spam or junk folder!

Can I shop Wildson goods in person?

At this time, you can only buy Wildson products online through this shop! I do not offer local pickup in Montana.
